This program *might* save *up to* 250M gallons of fuel. The United States goes through 64Bn+ gallons of fuel a year. So this program *might* "reduce our dependence on foreign oil" *up to* 0.3%. Wow. Let the eco-nazis of the world climb the nearest tree to proclaim victory and begin the week-long celebration of the Earth's salvation! Oh wait. This is just another bullshit plan to funnel further money into those "too big to fail" auto manufacturers that refuse to give up the good old days. Right. I did a little math on this one last night.
